We will look at every detail of your wedding through the lens of design, and paint a picture of how everything will look, feel, taste, and even smell, to you and your guests, with our custom-curated design & style guides. Together, we will visualize and create a complete immersive guest experience. We’ll thoughtfully consider all of your specific wants, needs, and wildest design wishes, and we’ll develop a comprehensive style guide, venue layouts, 3D rendering, and begin our design vendor matchmaking process.

The last 90 days of our planning process, regardless of services, are where the final logistics are discussed. Timelines, final design meetings, venue walk throughs, and wedding rehearsals will be executed to ensure a flawless experience day of.

WHAT IS A CONCIERGE?

A concierge is a term used by hospitality professionals as a person who plans and manages the errands of private clients. We use the term concierge instead of planning because we offer an experience that revolves around you and your specific needs. We don't just plan your wedding; we curate an experience that will guarantee the wedding of your dreams.  And for our full-service clients, we offer a concierge service the week of your wedding that will be able to assist in all the last-minute details and wedding-related errands. WHAT IF MY VENUE ALREADY HAS A COORDINATOR?

That’s great, but a venue coordinator is there to ensure the venue is functioning, not that your wedding details are taken care of. Who will make sure your bridal party is ready to go on time, or your reception decor is exactly how you envisioned? And who is keeping an eye on your uncle Larry at the bar? That is where our wedding service provider comes in. In short, a venue coordinator works for the venue, The Modern Bride Concierge works for you!

HOW LONG IS THE PLANNING PROCESS?

Our signature service is a 12-15 months process of planning and design, and our coordination process is 90 days of planning and day of coordination.

WHAT IF I WANT TO DO MOST OF THE PLANNING?

Perfect! Guided Planning is perfect for couples who want to do the planning, but with a professional guiding them every step of the way. We will be there to help cheer you on and make sure every detail is curated and not missed. We will be there to offer professional recommendations and be a listening ear if things get stressful, with resolve.

WHAT IF I HAVE "FRIENDORS" (FRIEND SERVICE PROVIDERS) WHO WANT TO HELP?

It’s amazing that you have a tribe that wants to help, but we believe friends shouldn’t have to work on your special day, but instead, be by your side to help you celebrate. We don’t work with friendors but instead highly suggest our professional vendors that will fit your aesthetic, while your friends and family enjoy the day with you. 

WHAT IF I'M NOT INTERESTED IN PLANNING ANYTHING AT ALL?

Not a problem! Our Full Service Concierge is the perfect fit for your hands-off approach!  We love what we do, and being able to be alongside you from the beginning is what we live for. You don’t have the time, patience, or desire to plan your dream wedding? We will make sure every detail is checked off your list, with your desires and aesthetic in mind, all you have to do is show up, get married, and party with your squad! 

How much do you charge for your services? 

Each client's needs are different, but on average, we suggest a minimum of $1,500 per person for the overall wedding budget in Southern California. Our typical clients' financial comfort zone for their overall wedding budget starts at $100,000+.
Full-Service Concierge services begin at $15,000. Guided Planning services start at $7,500, and Wedding Coordination starts at $4,000, dependent on wedding location, guest count, design services, etc. Day of signage pricing varies; please inquire for details.

Again, every client's wants and needs are different, so this is just a general way to calculate our basic fees. Please inquire to get a more accurate custom quote for your special day.
