WHAT IS A CONCIERGE?

A concierge is a term used by hospitality professionals as a person who plans and manages the errands of private clients. We use the term concierge instead of planning because we offer an experience that revolves around you and your specific needs. We don't just plan your wedding, we curate an experience that will guarantee the wedding of your dreams. 

WHAT IF MY VENUE ALREADY HAS A COORDINATOR?

That’s great, but a venue coordinator is there to ensure the venue is performing, not that your wedding details are taken care of. Who will make sure your bridal party is ready to go on time, or your reception decor is exactly how you envisioned. And who is keeping an eye on your uncle Larry at the bar? That is where our wedding service provider comes in. In short, a venue coordinator works for the venue, The Modern Bride Concierge works for you!

HOW LONG IS THE PLANNING PROCESS?

Our signature service is a 12 months process of planning and design, and our coordination process is 3 months of planning and day of coordination.

WHAT IF I WANT TO DO MOST OF THE PLANNING?

Perfect! We will be there to help cheer you on and make sure every detail is curated and not missed. We will be there to offer professional recommendations and be a listening ear if things get stressful, with resolve.

WHAT IF I HAVE "FRIENDORS" (FRIEND SERVICE PROVIDERS) WHO WANT TO HELP?

It’s amazing that you have a tribe that wants to help, but we believe friends shouldn’t have to work on your special day, but instead, be by your side to help you celebrate. We don’t work with friendors but instead highly suggest our professional vendors that will fit your aesthetic, while your friends and family enjoy the day with you. 

WHAT IF I'M NOT INTERESTED IN PLANNING ANYTHING AT ALL?

Even better! We love what we do, and being able to be alongside you from the beginning is what we live for. You don’t have the time, patience, or desire to plan your dream wedding? We will make sure every detail is checked off your list, with your desires and aesthetic in mind, all you have to do is show up, get married, and party with your squad! 

How much do you charge for your services? 

Each client's needs are different but on average we suggest a minimum of $500, per person, overall wedding budget in Southern California.
Our Full-Service Concierge is typically 12-15% of your overall budget, and our ideal clients' financial comfort zone for their wedding usually starts at $50,000.
Again, every client's wants and needs are different, so this is just a general way to calculate our basic fees. Please inquire to get a more accurate custom quote for your special day.
